EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS • Students must have completed grade 12 (Level 3) or GED • Students must be 18 years of age prior to completion of the program • Students must show birth certificate • Mature Student:   - Must show proof of minimum 21 years of age   - Must show proof of grade 10   - Must show birth certificate LENGTH OF PROGRAM • At the Essence Institute, our objective is to fully prepare students to confidently enter the industry of Nail Technology upon program completion. • The Nail Technology program consists of 350 hours • The Nail Technology program is 23.5 weekly for approximately 15 weeks. • The Nail Technology program is divided into both Theoretical and Practical applications. • Practical applications are performed in a fully equipped and licensed school/salon.
